Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

When your order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided.


What's the total delivery time for my order?

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts, the processing time and the shipping time, as shown below.

Processing time for an order is the time from when you submit your order to when the order leaves the warehouse. In this period we may contact you to confirm order details or prepare your custom order product.

Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.

For stock order,we can ship right away.

For custom order,it depends on what's hair products you ordered.In general,lace wigs will take about 5-6 weeks,wefts will take 3-5 work days.Closures and lace frontals will take about 2 weeks.

Your satisfaction is our goal! All wigs on SHINEWIG.com are eligible for return within 7 days of receiving your order if the customer finds quality issues, receives the wrong item, experiences an allergic reaction from wear, or has a package lost or damaged during shipping.


For 100% Indian Remy Human Hair Wigs

If none of following these situations apply but you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for an exchange or refund of 50% of the item’s price within 7 days of receiving your order. And we will charege 30% restocking fee for your exchange wigs. Custom made wigs are made to your order specifications, so it cannot be full refunded because of your unsatisfition.


1. Quality Issues:

Wigs with quality issues (including damage and poor quality) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. Returned wigs must be in brand-new condition, unused and in original packaging.


2. Wrong Item Shipped: 

After confirming the style or color of wig sent to you is not what you ordered, you will have the option of keeping the wig you received or sending it back to exchange for the correct one within 7 days of receiving your order. If you prefer to keep the wig you received, we will refund the price difference if the wig you purchased is more expensive than the one you received.


3. Loss or Damage During Shipping: 

Wigs that were lost or damaged during shipping are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs. Please obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier within 7 days of receiving your order, and provide it along with photographs showing the damaged packaging so that Customer Service can process your refund.


Notice - Color Deviation 

Slight color deviation is inevitable between the color of your item and the color shown on screen because of the settings of your computer screen, while it not mean the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact our Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.


Requesting Refunds or Exchanges

When requesting a return for any of the 4 reasons listed above, please be ready to provide:

1. Original order number

2. Reason for exchange

3. Photographs clearly showing the problem with the item

4. Requested replacement item’s name, number and color

5. Your shipping address and phone number


Cancellation Policy

For 100% Indian Human Hair Wigs:

- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

- Orders cancelled 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
